One of Embraer's newest aircraft the 8-seater Praetor 500 is the smaller sibling of the Praetor 600. The name Praetor comes from the Latin "to lead the way".
The Praetor 500 is a midsize aircraft capable of flying longer routes across and between continents, such as New York to LA or Dubai to London, with an ultra-quiet cabin experience.
Its design is based on Embraer's Legacy 450, but with added range thanks to new engines, winglets and additional fuel capacity.
The Praetor 500 also has excellent field performance, meaning it can access a wide range of runways and challenging airfields.

Comfort & Size
The Praetor 500's spacious cabin seats 8 passengers and has a stand-up height of 6 feet.
The seating fully reclines and swivels for excellent comfort on longer flights. There’s also a galley for hot food preparation, and a very generous luggage compartment.
The aircraft also has a category-leading cabin altitude of 5,800 feet (1,768 metres) and a HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filter which, along with its turbulence-reduction technology, gives an excellent cabin experience for passengers.
Interior design features include custom-stitched seating; bespoke designer silk and wool carpets; carbon fibre retractable tables; and an electric lavatory pocket door.
